GREEK SCENIC RIDE

Description:
Mark your calendar because,
it will be Sunday May 25 that we leave from Panera Bread in Apopka at 8 AM heading West on this Memorial Weekend scenic ride commemorating our Veterans. The turn –around will be at Tarpon Springs where there will be an hour stop to recon the town. The intel on good food will allow all of us to munch on a standard Greek staple. The weather promised to be exceptional, the route through the Withlacoochee State Forest, pass one of the oldest monasteries in the state where daily Gregorian chants voiced by monks in traditional garb and live in strict celibacy, can be heard from afar.
Need some sponges? Once in TP, sponge ships could be seen entering and leaving the active scenic harbor.

Yep, this is not a ride you want to miss.
Check your bike, bring your babe, bottled water, camera and yourself.

Open to all bikes and anyone that loves to ride, socialize and make new friends.
