The backroads pose the typical backroad hazards. The interstate is just that - truckers and zoned out people in big trucks.
Places to stop:
This ride is designed to stop at four Harley Davidson dealers in one trip. It starts at the Waco dealer, then Temple, then Round Rock, and finishes at the San Antonio dealer. This ride will take a full day, so spend the night in San Antonio then head home.

Route:
1. Leave the Waco Harley Davidson heading south on the I-35 Service Rd.
2. Take the ramps to Tx-6/ Tx-340 for a half mile.
3. Turn right onto US-77/ Robinson Dr and ride.
4. Past Chilton, turn right onto FM-935 towards Durango.
5. In Belfalls, turn south on FM 438.
6. When you come into Temple, turn right onto H K Dodgen Loop/ Tx-363.
7. Go under I-35 and get on 35, heading south.
8. Get off on exit 301 and turn right into the Horny Toad Harley Davidson parking lot.
9. Once you leave Horny Toad, get back on I-35 and ride. Stay on I-35 till Round Rock.
10. Once your coming up on Round Rock, take exit 254 and cross under I-35 then back up on the service road.
11. Turn in the Central Texas Harley Davidson parking lot less than a mile up the road.
12. Once you leave Central Texas Harley Davidson, get back on I-35 and head south till the interchange with State Hwy 45. Head west on Hwy 45.
13. Ride Hwy 45 till it turns into FM-620 and keep riding.
14. Stay on FM-620 past Lakeway and to Bee Cave.
15. In Bee Cave turn right onto Tx-71 for a little over a mile.
16. From Tx-71 turn onto FM-3238/ Hamilton Pool Rd.
17. From Tx-71 turn left onto Ranch Rd 12 towards Dripping Springs.
18. In Dripping Springs, turn right on Tx-290.
19. At the T intersection turn left on US-281.
20. When coming up to San Antonio, get off of 281 and take a slight right onto San Pedro Ave.
21. Go under Tx-1604 and turn left towards I-35.Take the ramp onto Tx-1604.
22. Take Tx-1604 to I-35, head south on I-35 for a little over three miles.
23. Get off on exit 169, Cowboys Alamo City Harley Davidson is just past the first intersection on the right.
